1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

|1.5||The platform is only available to individuals and legal entities who are capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. Therefore users must be aged 18 or over. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information. Please notify us if you are the parent or guardian or a child under 18 and you believe data has been collected by the company.|

Some of this information is visible to other users of the platform. When creating an account you will be given the opportunity to edit privacy settings and control what information is publicly visible.|
|1.8||We may collect personal information about your contacts when you provide it to us for the purpose of adding your contacts to the message room.|
|1.9||Once you have registered with us, we will use your data to communicate with you by post, email or telephone. Any personal data or sensitive personal data you provide to us will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation.|
